For this reason we provide a guarantee on all our repairs for a period of six months where if our previous repair is found to be incorrect due to faulty parts or oversight in workmanship, we will rectify at no extra cost to you.

In the interest of saving your valuable time and preventing the risk of cosmetic damage to your Defy appliance, we perform all repairs on site and we do not remove your appliance from your premises. Most of the time, the repair can be carried out on the first visit. This depends on the requirement of spare parts. If, due to spare part availability, a consequent visit is necessary, there will be no extra cost to the final invoice. Once the repair is completed, the appliance will be tested, ensuring an optimal working condition.
Our technicians will always provide a verbal or written quotation and will require your consent prior to doing any repairs. We offer a standard call out fee of R600 for all suburbs that we cover. This only applies when the technician inspects your appliance and you decide not to go ahead with any repairs. When you find our cost of service agreeable and ask us to proceed with the repairs, the call out fee does not apply and you are only charged for the repair.

Terms and Conditions of service: Your designated technician will contact you before coming out to arrange a suitable time of call. On arrival, the technician will assess your appliance and provide you with advice and a quotation on the repair. If you accept the quote, and if the required parts are readily carried by the technician, he will repair your appliance on site. If parts need to be acquired additionally, the technician will arrange a new time with you to complete the repair. On completion of the repair, the technician will provide you with an invoice for the quoted amount. As all our payments are treated as COD (cash on delivery of services), the technician will require full payment or confirmation of payment if you prefer to settle via Electronic Funds Transfer. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair or if the quoted amount does not suit you, the technician may require you to cover the cost of callout (callout fee) to the extent of R600 unless otherwise prescribed.
